Payment options

We will deduct the amount when the products are sent/picked up.
Delivery
The products can be picked up at KUMA's address in Give or Gadbjerg.
Furthermore, we can provide delivery to GLS parcel shops in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium and France, see prices under delivery.
We ship orders on all weekdays (except in case of holiday shutdowns etc.) as quickly as possible.
If GLS experiences delays, the delivery date will be postponed accordingly. KUMA A/S shall not be held responsible for delays of GLS. If the delivery is delayed or does not arrive, please contact KUMA A/S.
Cancellation right – If you regret your purchase
When buying from us, you have a cancellation right of 14 days. The cancellation right expires 14 days after the day you have received the product. Within 14 days of receiving your product, you must give us a clear notification if you wish to cancel your purchase by contacting us by e-mail: kuma@kuma.dk or telephone: +45 7587 6277.
Return
When shopping on www.kuma.dk, you obviously have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the product repaired or exchanged, get your money back or get a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect has not occurred due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour. You should return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the direct expenses associated with returning the product. When returning the product, you are responsible for the product being unused, the product being packaged properly, and you bear the risk for the product until it has been delivered. If it is not possible to return the product through normal post, the expenses for return shipment are covered by the buyer and will not be refunded.
Right of complaint
KUMA A/S should be informed of complaints regarding flaws and defects that are obvious through normal examination of the product as quickly as possible and within a reasonable time frame. After this, the product can be returned for exchange or, by further agreement, possibly a refundIn case of a complaint or if you regret your purchase, the product should be sent to:

In case of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this decrease will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you make use of your cancellation right, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery costs, without undue delay and under all circumstances no later than 14 days from the date where we received notification of the decision to cancel this agreement. We will carry out the refund with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. We will hold back the refund until the product has been returned to us and we have examined the condition of the product.
Policy regarding personal data
We register personal information for the purpose of delivering the product to you. Information given to www.KUMA.dk is never passed on or sold to a third party, and we will not register any sensitive personal data. We do not encrypt stored customer information.
